Case summary
Vladivostok resident. On 2 November 2023, it became known that a criminal case was opened against him for public justification of terrorism because of messages in a Telegram chat room. He was detained and forced to record a video apology. On 9 February 2024, Sinenko was sentenced to two years in a general regime colony.
On 9 July 2025, the court placed Sinenko under administrative supervision for eight years. On 5 September, he was allegedly released.
