Case summary
A resident of St. Petersburg. A case was brought against him for falsely reporting a terrorist attack. According to the investigators' version, the 77th police department received a call about the mined department. Sitnikov was detained after a search, but later apparently released. This case was the first in a series of cases brought under this article against anti-war activists in St. Petersburg.
