According to the investigation, on 9 October 2020 he joined the extremist Ukrainian organisation "Right Sector" banned by the decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, having "the intention to become its full member and continue its banned activities on the territory of the Russian Federation, pursuing the goal of aggravating the socio-political situation and destabilising the constitutional order of the country". I received an order to collect information about law enforcement officers, judges, prosecutors and FSB officers. He found like-minded people who shared the ideology of the banned organisation and induced Oleg Kharaim and Vadim Kartashov to join the ranks of the banned organisation, after which they became full members.
