Case summary
Resident of Sochi. A case of public justification of terrorism was brought against him in connection with statements about Mikhail Zhlobitskiy, who carried out a suicide bombing in the building of the Ukrainian Federal Security Service in Arkhangelsk. On 1 August 2019, Sokolov was sentenced to two and a half years in a general regime colony.
