According to the investigation, on 5 August 2022, "with the aim of influencing people's consciousness", she gave an interview to the programme "Great Lviv Speaks" of the Ukrainian TV channel NTA, during which she "justified violent actions against Russians", and on 10 December 2022, on the YouTube channel "Evening with Yanina Sokolova", she made a statement "forming contempt" and "justifying violence" against Russians.
