Presumably, the case was initiated over a clip from a livestream in which Sokolovskii, addressing Russian soldiers, said: “My guys and I will shove it down your throat. You’re killing people there - Ukrainians, our brothers - for a few kopeks you don’t even get paid.” He called the soldiers “creeps” (animals?) and said that only “alcoholics” go to fight in Ukraine “for Putin.” “We need to join forces and overthrow this government, because Putin is leading us nowhere good,” he added.

Full summary
A streamer and Moscow resident. A complaint against him was filed by Ekaterina Mizulina, head of the Safe Internet League. On 14 May 2024, he was detained as part of a case concerning incitement to hatred. In a video published afterwards, Sokolovskii said he "had drunk too much" and he "got emotional". On 15 May, he was taken into custody. On 10 April 2025, Sokolovskii was sentenced to four years of forced labour.
