Case summary

A resident of Khabarovsk, left Russia for Poland. A criminal case was launched against him for justifying terrorism and spreading military "fakes" because of his comments about the Ukrainian Azov unit and the Russian military. Their exact content is unknown.

In August 2025, he was added to the list of "terrorists and extremists".

On 26 January 2026, Soima was sentenced in absentia to 15 years in prison.
