Full wording of the charges
According to the investigation, a resident of the city of Khabarovsk in December 2022, being outside the Russian Federation, left text comments in open groups of one of the social networks, justifying the ideology of terrorism. RIA Novosti reported that it was the Ukrainian Azov unit that was in question. In addition, in January 2023, while outside the Russian Federation, he disseminated deliberately false information about the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation under the guise of reliable reports through an account belonging to him on a social network.
