Case summary
A resident of Vladivostok, a student. He was prosecuted for public justification of terrorism because of a post in June 2022, which said that a man who had set fire to a military recruitment centre two days earlier had committed a heroic act. On 24 November 2022, Stasiv was detained. After interrogation, he was given a recognisance not to leave. On 28 May 2024, the student was sentenced to two and a half years in a general regime colony.
