Case summary

The press-secretary of the US company Meta, the parent organisation of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. A case was initiated against him for publicly justifying terrorism due to an official tweet from Meta regarding content moderation rules. On 22 April 2024, Stone was sentenced in absentia to six years of imprisonment.
