Full summary
On 1 July, he was detained at college because of voice messages in the Telegram channel called "dogs 1 love". According to the law enforcers' version, the author of the messages called for "violence against the authorities", and the administrator of the channel has the same nickname in the messenger as does Stukov. His phone was confiscated and after being interrogated he was released in the status of a witness. At about 1 a.m., when the activist was still under interrogation, his parents' house was searched as part of the same criminal case. On 2 September Stukov was detained as a suspect and sent to custody. According to unconfirmed information, a case of public justification of terrorism (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) was also brought against him. Stukov was informed that the voice examination allegedly confirmed that it was he who had left the messages. Earlier Stukov was detained at one of the rallies. On 11 October 2022, he was sentenced to two years in a general regime colony.
