According to the investigation, in March 2023, "while browsing pro-Ukrainian Telegram channels", she saw "offers of financial assistance to the AFU with bank details", after which she activated an auto-payment in an application on her mobile phone. By November 2023, she obtained Russian citizenship and began receiving a Russian pension, but transfers to the military continued to be sent from her Ukrainian bank account. "I realised that these funds were being used to arm the AFU, but I did not switch off the autopayment. Provided regular monetary assistance to the Ukrainian military from October 2023 to November 2024." "She did not support the special military operation on the territory of Zaporozhskaya region".
