Case summary
A resident of the Orel region, CEO of Spekt LLC. On 27 March 2024, he was detained in Orel and taken into custody the next day in a case of disseminating knowingly fake information about Russian Armed Forces and calls for terrorism in connection with calls to overthrow the government. In March 2025, the case went to trial. No later than August 2025, Sultygov was sentenced to eight years in a general regime colony.
