Case summary

A resident of St. Petersburg. A case of desecration of symbols of military glory was brought against him, five other people are on trial, three of them minors. In October 2025, the case went to trial. Telyakov was accused of distributing a video of two minors tearing down a copy of the Victory Banner. On January 22, 2026, he was given a suspended sentence of a year and a half.
