Case summary

A resident of St. Petersburg. A case of desecration of symbols of military glory was brought against him, five other people are on trial, three of them minors. In October 2025, the case went to trial. Tyupalenko was accused of distributing a video of two minors tearing down a copy of the Victory Banner. In January 2026, it became known that the proceedings against Tyupalenko were suspended because he had gone to war.
