According to the investigation, he left a publicly available video clip of the Atesh movement in comments in a public chat room on Telegram: it says about supposed plans of an underground movement within the Russian army "to leak the positions of soldiers, equipment" and "sabotage warehouses and headquarters" in order to stop the war; "feeling a sense of animosity towards the governor of the Amur region, who supports the special military operation, posted a text message in free access in a group of users of the messenger Telegram, in which he called for violent actions against the said official, encroaching on his life", and also put an inscription on the stele "Moscow - Vladivostok" located at 1629 km of the Amur highway in which he criticized the policies pursued by the Russian Federation, and sent an application to the email of the Freedom of Russia Legion.

Resident of Blagoveshchensk. In October 2022, he was taken into custody for inciting activities against the security of the Russian Federation. He was also accused of public justification of terrorism (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code), vandalism (part 2 of article 214 of the Criminal Code), and preparation for participation in military actions on the territory of a foreign state for purposes contrary to the interests of the Russian Federation (part 3 of article 208 of the Criminal Code with application of part 1 of article 30 of the Criminal Code).
