The court decided that a resident of Kiselevsk organised an "Ayat-Centre" at her place of residence, where she practised "self-healing" methods (the organisation "Elle-Ayat" is recognised as extremist in the Russian Federation). In order to promote the ideology of the extremist organisation, positioning herself as a "disciple" of the founder of the Elle-Ayat religious association, she organised and held meetings and actively recruited new supporters into extremist activities, knowing full well that the Elle-Ayat religious sect was banned.
