He is a resident of Yaroslavl. According to different data, he is 41 or 43 years old. In March 2023, the Telegram channel “Yaroslavl. Main” published a video in which a man with a blurred face claims that “from 2022 to the present” he has written comments in which he “called to blow up Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin as well as spoke against the special military operation” and that he called Russian servicemen “fascists”. On 1 July 2023, Tokmachev was sentenced to a fine of 400,000 rubles.
