Case summary

A resident of Glazov (Udmurtia). In September of 2024, he was searched under a case of public justification of terrorism because of his publication that was interpreted as approving the destruction of the Crimean bridge. An appointed lawyer persuaded him to plead guilty. Tokmantsev was released under an undertaking not to abscond. In December of 2024, the case went to trial. On 23rd of January, 2025 the Glazov resident was fined 400 thousand rubles.
