Case summary
A resident of the Irkutsk region. She was prosecuted for public justification of terrorism due to statements about the explosion on a train on the Baikal-Amur Mainline organised, according to the official position of the Russian authorities, by the Security Service of Ukraine, and treason due to money transfers for the needs of the AFU. On 31 July 2025, Torbyakovskaya was sentenced to 17 years in a general regime colony.
