Case summary
Resident of Solikamsk (Perm region). Was fond of travelling on enduro motorbikes. Fought to improve the condition of hospitals. After mobilisation was announced, he left Russia, started travelling by motorbike in Kazakhstan and talked about it on social networks. On 21 February 2024, he was detained in the village of Novoplatnirovskaya in the Krasnodar region when he came to help his sick daughter. Tretyakov was taken into custody. He was accused of publicly justifying terrorism because of a video approving a strike on the Crimean bridge. On 13 January 2025, Tretyakov was sentenced to six years in a general regime colony.
