Case summary
Former deputy of the Yaroslavl Regional Duma. Participant of the "Congress of People's Deputies" and the "Committee 2024" - structures created or related to Ukrainian politician Ilya Ponomarev. In November 2025, Kommersant wrote that a case had been opened against Tsependa for participation in the activities of an "undesirable organisation". Presumably, it could be about one of these structures. Prior to that, the politician was fined five thousand rubles under the administrative article on participation in the activities of an "undesirable organisation" because of his involvement in the 2024 Committee.
