Oleg Tyryshkin

Activist from Anzhero-Sudzhensk (Kemerovo Region). Head of the local branch of the LDPR. He was chairman of the miners' trade union and head of the local branch of the United Civil Front founded by Garry Kasparov.

In late April 2023, Tyryshkin was fined 2,000 rubles under the article on the demonstration of Nazi symbols (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) for a photograph of Vladimir Putin in a Nazi uniform. In early May of the same year, he was fined for the same post under the article on public disrespect for state authorities (part 3 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences) - the reason was the caption under the photo.

In May 2023, Tyryshkin was also prosecuted for public justification of terrorism. The reason was his comments on VKontakte about the death of Chechen head Akhmat Kadyrov in 2004. He was released on his own recognisance.

In June, another report was drawn up against Tyryshkin because of his comments on VKontakte with insulting remarks about FSB officers. He came to the prosecutor's office, but, after consulting with his lawyer, said that he did not have to come. The prosecutor informed him that there would be a trial in his case, but Tyryshkin left. Two weeks later, he was detained near his plot in the vegetable garden, thrown to the ground, hit, and then taken to court, where he was fined under the article on incitement to hatred (part 1 of article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences).

On 9 December 2024, he was sentenced in a criminal case to two years in a general regime colony. In April 2026, Tyryshkin was removed from the list of terrorists and extremists of Rosfinmonitoring.
