The reason for the case was a repost on VKontakte dated 13 March 2024 of a video of the programme "Vozdukh" on the Khodorkovsky Live channel. The video, among other things, discussed the Legion's raids into Russian territory, and Ustiuzhin left a comment on the repost: "A breakthrough into the territory of the Russian Federation by the liberation movement ".
