According to the investigation, in August 2024, he communicated via the Signal messenger with representatives of Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK) and, to confirm his loyalty, shot a video in which a sheet with the inscription "Happy Day of the GUR" could bee seen. The shooting took place near one of the military units. On September 7, the day of the establishment of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the RDK published a video in its Telegram channel, featuring several clips with such sheets. The video was accompanied by footage of explosions at various facilities in Russia.
