Case summary
A resident of Voronezh. In April 2025, it became known that a case had been opened against him, because he, as the investigation believes, acting on instructions of the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK), recorded a video in which he congratulated viewers on the day of military intelligence of Ukraine. On September 7 - the anniversary of the establishment of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine - RDK published a video in its Telegram channel featuring several such clips. The video was accompanied by footage of explosions at various facilities in Russia.
