Case summary

Resident of Moscow. In February 2021, was taken into custody in a case for causing damage by setting fire to the wheel of a Rosgvardiya vehicle during a rally in support of Alexei Navalny on 31 January 2021. The court returned the case to the prosecutor's office, but then the hearings were resumed. On 21 October, Vasilenko was sentenced to three years and three months in a penal colony. On 4 October 2023, Vasilenko was released.
