According to the investigation, since 2021, realising that the activities of the political party "VOLYA" on the territory of the Russian Federation are prohibited, decided to continue its activities in Kamchatka Krai on behalf of the officially unregistered organisations "All-People's Union of the Revival of Russia" and its subdivision - "Council of Kamchatka Krai". She systematically held talks to promote the banned political organisation, involved other people in its activities by distributing leaflets and literature, and created various Internet communities. The reason for the initiation of a case on calls to terrorism were the songs "Internationale" and "Varshavyanka" in her personal Telegram channel - the investigation saw in the corresponding pubications calls to overthrow the government.

Full summary
An activist from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, supporter of Svetlana Lada-Rus. On 4 September 2025, she was searched in a case of participation in the activities of an extremist organisation. According to the law enforcers' version, since 2021 she had been participating in the activities of the "Volya" party, founded by Lada-Rus, "on behalf of the officially unregistered organisations "All-People's Union of the Revival of Russia" and its subdivision - "Kamchatka Krai Council"." The day after her arrest, Vershinina was taken into custody. On 12 September 2025 she was transferred to house arrest. On 22 October 2925 it became known that another case was brought against Vershinina - on calls to terrorism because of the songs "International" and "Varshavyanka" in her personal Telegram channel.
