Case summary
Resident of Moscow. On 14 February 2024, he was detained after a search and placed under house arrest the next day. A case was opened against him for participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation and public justification of terrorism offline and online. According to the investigation, he carried out tasks for the Legion "Freedom of Russia" and published a video of his oath to the Legion, made graffiti mentioning Ukraine and the Azov battalion and published a photo of this graffiti. On 10 April 2025, Vlasov was sentenced to 12 years in a strict regime colony.
