Case summary

He is a resident of Vladivostok. He was prosecuted for public justification of terrorism for a post in which he called the conscript Andrei Alekseev, who was sentenced to seven years in prison in a case of preparation for a terrorist attack after attempting to set fire to a military recruitment centre, a hero. The Telegram channel Operative Reports published a video in which Volkov said he repented for what he had done. On 14 June 2024, a verdict was handed down, details are unknown.
