Full wording of the charges
In October 2022, the deputy was fined 30 thousand under the administrative article on discrediting the RF Armed Forces (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences). According to the protocol, Volokhonsky on 26 May posted a critical publication about the deputies of the State Duma, the special military operation and the events in Ukraine in general in the "Kupchino News" public in social media. The municipal deputy also spoke negatively about criminal and administrative responsibility for discrediting the Armed Forces, which was introduced in Russia at the beginning of March 2022.

Full summary
St. Petersburg municipal deputy. In March 2022, he was searched as part of a case of false bomb message (Art. 207 of the Criminal Code, see below). After that, Volokhonsky left Russia. In November 2023, it became known that Volokhonsky was prosecuted for spreading "fakes", repeated discrediting of the Armed Forces (part 1 of article 280.3 of the Criminal Code) and public justification of terrorism (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code).
On 21 June 2024, Volokhonsky was recognised as a "foreign agent".
