Case summary
An Ukrainian serviceman. He was taken prisoner in late December 2024. Criminal proceedings were initiated against him for participation in a terrorist organization in connection with his involvement in the 48th Separate Assault Battalion named after Noman Chelebidzhikhan of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). On 8 October 2025, Volskii was sentenced to imprisonment.
