Oksana Voronshchikova

In the court's opinion, Voronshchikova posted a comment to one of the publications on the Internet containing linguistic and psychological signs of incitement (call) to hostile, destructive actions against a military infrastructure facility of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with military aircraft stationed there, thus Voronshchikova through her actions using the information and telecommunications network "Internet" publicly called on other persons to commit an offence under article 281 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, i.e. to commit sabotage, i.e. to commit an explosion or sabotage of a military aircraft It follows from the verdict that on 9 January 2023, Voronshchikova left the comment "Hit them" in the Ukrainian Telegram channel under the news that there were fewer planes at the military airfield in the Saratov region and only six bombers were left.
