Case summary

A resident of Ostrov (Pskov region). A case of public justification of terrorism was brought against him because of a comment about arson in which he wrote that setting fire to a relay cabinet for money was "acceptable". He was charged on his own recognisance. On 16 April 2026, Voinov was sentenced to a year in a general regime colony.
