Case summary
A resident of the village of Volzhsky (Samara Region). A case on rehabilitation of Nazism was brought against him and Kamil Abdykanov because they urinated on a monument to "participants of the SVO" in the form of a tank. They were taken into custody. Local media, citing the press service of the Investigative Committee, reported that Vragov had Ukrainian natives among his relatives. On the published apology video he says that he was in a alcoholic intoxication and did not pursue the goal of insulting the Russian military. Admitted guilt. On 1 April 2024, Vragov was sentenced to a year and nine months in an open prison. Presumably, he was released in December 2024.
