According to the investigation, on 26th of September 2022, on the day of Ruslan Zinin's attack on the military recruitment office in Ust-Ilinsk, during which he wounded the military officer several times and set fire to the premises, Vyacheslavov left comments on Telegram, in which experts found signs of justification of terrorism. Vyacheslavov left the following comments in the Telegram channel of the "Omsk Civil Association" under the post with the video of the attack: "Glory to the Hero!", "What difference does it make if you refuse to sit anyway?", "Well, he will send more bastards to the Almighty for trial!", "No, I mean if they catch him and bring him back". On the same day, he left another comment on the same topic in the telegram chat "NEVZOROV Comments", where he wrote: "Glory to Ruslan!".

Full summary
Omsk resident. In June 2025, a case of justification of terrorism was brought against him because of comments in support of Ruslan Zinin, who in the first days of mobilisation to go to war in Ukraine came to the military recruitment office in Ust-Ilimsk, wounded the military officer several times with a shotgun and set fire to the premises.
During the investigation, Vyacheslavov was given a recognisance not to abscond. At the end of 2025, he left Russia. In January 2026, he was included in the list of "terrorists and extremists" of Rosfinmonitoring.
In February 2026, the court was due to start hearing the case, but suspended the proceedings because the defendant had absconded.
In 2022, Vyacheslavov was fined under the administrative article on violation of the order of holding an action due to his participation in an anti-war rally.
