A resident of the Tambov Region, a driver. A criminal case was opened against him for calls to terrorism after he proposed to “poison deputies instead of ticks and carry out the hanging of representatives of the authorities.” In December 2025, it was reported that he was sentenced to a fine of 400,000 rubles.
