According to the investigation, in May 2023, he called representatives of an unnamed organisation "controlled" by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry, and the next day, on their instructions, wrote to them in messenger, where he "expressed his desire and readiness to cooperate confidentially and voluntarily agreed to perform any tasks for this purpose in the interests of a foreign state". In August 2024, he received "an assignment to publicly justify the activities of Ukrainian terrorist organisations" - to leave a comment on the Internet, which he did.
