Case summary

A resident of Arkhangelsk. A case of vandalism was brought against him because on 27 February 2022 he put inscriptions "No war" on the facades of several residential buildings. Zotov compensated for the damage, admitted guilt, actively cooperated with the investigation and reconciled with the victim - a representative of the management company. In this regard, the court decided to dismiss the case on 22 September.
