Full wording of the charges
According to the court, on 2 June 2025, Zueva published in her public Telegram channel with the name "Anna Zueva", as well as in the YouTube channel "Anna Zueva" on the Internet video platform YouTube a video recording of one of the pro-Ukrainian channels about a terrorist act committed on 1 June 2025 with the use of aircrafts, equipped with explosives. The terrorist act - explosions and arson on the territory of an aviation regiment in the Irkutsk region, resulting in the destruction of property of the military unit, to which she posted comments approving and justifying this terrorist act. Also Zuyeva, who was recognised as a foreign agent in October 2024, having been brought to administrative responsibility twice during 2025 for violation of the procedure for activities of a foreign agent, being outside the Russian Federation, from April to June 2025 in the above-mentioned Telegram channel and YouTube channel posted various materials without indicating that these materials (information) were produced and (or) sent by a foreign agent or related to the activities of such an agent.

Full summary
A resident of Buryatia, a journalist, left Russia. In November 2024, she was included in the register of "foreign agents". In July 2025, it became known that a case was opened against her for evasion of her duties as a "foreign agent" and public justification of terrorism because of the publication of a video about a Ukrainian drone attack in the Irkutsk region.
On 18 December 2025, a court sentenced her in absentia to 6 years in a general regime colony.
