Full summary
Ukrainian serviceman. Taken prisoner no later than April 2022. A criminal case was opened against him and six other servicemen for murder committed by a group of persons on the grounds of ideological hatred, attempted murder, cruel treatment of civilians and intentional damage to other people's property. According to investigators, they shelled residential houses in the villages of Berdyanskoye and Volodarskoye (Donetsk region of Ukraine), resulting in the death of a woman. On 15 February 2024, Zvarychuk was sentenced to 25 years in a strict regime colony. Another case was opened against him for participation in the activities of a terrorist community due to his involvement in the activities of the Azov battalion. In October 2025, the case was referred to court.
