Case summary
Ziablitsev is a resident of the Kirov region. He used to work at a juvenile detention center as an industrial training coach, then was a teacher at a community college, after that he worked as a welder. A case was initiated against him for his social media comments in which he spoke of the need to attack the State Duma. In July 2025, the case went to court.
