The updated register, first reported by Mediazona and cited by The Insider, lists the Institute for War & Peace Reporting (IWPR) and three of its structures — in the Netherlands, the United States and the United Kingdom — along with its Central Asian project CABAR.asia, accounting for the largest share of the new entries.
IWPR supports journalists, including those covering war crimes in Ukraine.
The list also includes Gardar, a Norwegian venture fund set up to invest in Ukraine's defense industry.
Another group of new entries concerns Ukrainian projects. Razom We Stand, which advocates an embargo on Russian energy carriers, was added twice — as a Ukrainian public organization and as the Dutch foundation of the same name, Stichting Razom We Stand. The Ukrainian War Environmental Consequences Work Group (UWEC), which collects data on the environmental consequences of the war, was also designated 'undesirable'.
The register includes OSINT for Ukraine, a Dutch NGO that documents Russian war crimes, and the Polish project INFO OPS Polska, which studies online disinformation.
A separate block covers organizations working with Ukrainians in Germany — Panda Platforma and Dialogue for Understanding. The latter is funded by the German Foreign Ministry. The German foundation Stiftung Menschenrechte, linked to Amnesty International, was also designated 'undesirable'.
The list is closed by U.S. Ukrainian Activists, an American volunteer organization that organizes rallies in support of Ukraine and raises funds for humanitarian aid.
Earlier, the Russian authorities declared the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences (FLAS) an 'undesirable' organization — an independent university in Montenegro founded by Russian teachers who left the country after the war began.
