Use of non-life threatening violence against a police officer at an anti-mobilization rally in Makhachkala. Abdulaev claims that he took his grandfather to the city's annual festival and had no intention of participating in the rally. However, as he was passing by the rally site, he heard women screaming and went to investigate. Abdulaev ended up in the crowd, someone pulled his arm, and he struck back. The other person turned out to be a police officer.

Житель Махачкалы. Его обвинили в применении насилия к представителю власти во время акции против мобилизации 25 сентября 2022 года. Абдулаев утверждает, что водил своего дедушку на день города, в митинге участвовать не собирался. Но проходя мимо того места, где был митинг, услышал женские крики и пошел посмотреть, что происходит. Абдулаев оказался в толпе, кто-то потянул его за руку, в ответ он нанес удар — как оказалось, это был сотрудник полиции. Суд назначил Абдулаеву меру пресечения в виде запрета определенных действий. 20 декабря 2022 года его приговорили к штрафу в 50 тысяч рублей.
