Case summary
A participant of the "People's Council of Noginskiy District". On 24 July 2022 she was detained at a people's gathering against the administration of Bogorodskiy city district. On 26 September, police officers took Alifanova from the polyclinic and brought her to court to consider the administrative charges filed against her after the detention. When the law enforcers replied to the woman's question that she was not detained, Alifanova tried to leave the territory of the institution. Then the police grabbed the woman and forcibly dragged her into the building. Alifanova lost consciousness - she had a brain contusion - and was dragged into the building by her arms and legs. From there, at the request of the judge, the woman was called an ambulance.
