Case summary
Participant of a rally against mobilisation in Makhachkala on 26 September 2022. According to the defence lawyers, Aligadzhiev suffered bodily injuries after detention. Initially accused of using violence against a representative of the authorities, then the charge was reclassified to causing minor harm to health. After the reclassification of charges he was released from custody. On 17 May 2023, the case was terminated.
