He delivered multiple blows with his hands and feet to various parts of the body of police lieutenant S. Sarukhanov. Initially Aligadzhiev was charged with the use of violence against a representative of authority dangerous to life and health (part 2 of article 318 of the Criminal Code), but in March 2023 the investigation reclassified the charge, considering that since Sarukhanov was in civilian clothes, Aligadzhiev could not have known that he was a representative of authority. The defendants claim that they responded to the screams of a girl whose phone had been stolen during the rally. They suspected Sarukhanov, who was in civilian clothes, of the theft.

Full summary
Participant of a rally against mobilisation in Makhachkala on 26 September 2022. According to the defence lawyers, Aligadzhiev suffered bodily injuries after detention. Initially accused of using violence against a representative of the authorities, then the charge was reclassified to causing minor harm to health. After the reclassification of charges he was released from custody. On 17 May 2023, the case was terminated.
