He struck multiple blows with his hands and feet to various parts of the body of police lieutenant S. Sarukhanov. Initially Ibragimov was charged with using violence which could be dangerous, against a representative of authority (part 2 of article 318 of the Criminal Code). Still, in March 2023 the investigation reclassified the charge, considering that since Sarukhanov was in civilian clothing, Ibragimov could not have known that he was a representative of authority. The defendants claim that they responded to the screams of a girl whose phone had been stolen during the rally. They suspected Sarukhanov in stealing it, and he was in civilian clothing.

Full summary
Resident of Makhachkala. Participated in the action against mobilisation on 26 September 2022. On 1 October, he was detained and then taken into custody on charges of using violence against a police officer. In March 2023, the investigation reclassified the charge to causing minor bodily harm out of hooliganism, considering that since the policeman was in civilian clothes, Ibragimov and the other defendants in the case could not have known that he was a representative of the authorities. After the charges were reclassified, Ibragimov was released from custody.
