Case summary
Participant of the September 26, 2022 protest against mobilization in Makhachkala. According to his defence team, Ubaidulaev had bodily injuries after detention. He was accused of using violence against a representative of the authorities. After reclassification of the charges he was released from custody. On April 7, 2023, the case was dropped.
