The reason for the case was two comments in the chat room "Fan Club Readers of the Draft" in Telegram. Commenting on the statements of the Russian Ministry of Defence, Alikhanova wrote: "Well, how can you trust those who have hidden so many losses among their soldiers and silenced their relatives, publish everything only in their favour frankly and brazenly making up stories as they go along! Is it possible to build a strong state on lies and on the bones of other people's children???," and also, "And the cluster bombs and calibres you throw on people, schools and theatres? Are they authorised? Or did the AFU draw the markings on them themselves? It is so disgusting to watch these lies when you know the details of the truth. I didn't think they were so cynical, where are you going?".
