Case summary
Resident of Moscow. He was detained at an action against mobilisation on 21 September 2022. The next day he was found guilty under the article on violation of the rules of participation in the rally, creating an obstacle to traffic (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Administrative Code) and was arrested for 14 days. On 24 September it became known that Atanasian was sent to custody already on a criminal case of violence against a representative of the authorities. On 16 December 2022 Atanasian was sentenced to a year of forced labour. Presumably, he served his sentence no later than June 2023.
