According to the investigation, acting as a group of individuals, together with Alikhan Maashaev and Islam Terloev, while on the "Alley of Glory" in Nevinnomyssk, that is, in a public place, on the pedestal of the regional cultural heritage site "Obelisk "Eternal Glory" commemorating the 50th anniversary of Soviet power," erected in memory of the soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, which is a symbol of Russia's military glory, acting deliberately, aware of the public danger of his actions, foreseeing the inevitability of socially dangerous consequences in the form of a violation of the general principles established by Art. 44 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which guarantees the duty of everyone to take care of the preservation of historical and cultural heritage, to protect historical and cultural monuments, and being indifferent to these consequences, with the aim of publicly desecrating the symbols of Russia's military glory and insulting the memory of the defenders of the Fatherland, showing clear disrespect for Russian society, committed at least three acts of placing and lowering the soles of his shoes on the Eternal Flame of the Obelisk “Eternal Glory”, and also performed at least one acrobatic exercise - a somersault on the “Eternal Glory” Obelisk, thereby desecrating the symbol of Russia's military glory and insulting the memory of the defenders of the Fatherland.
