Case summary
A resident of the village of Khokhriaki in Udmurtia. A case was brought against him for offence to the feelings of believers in connection with aggressive comments about god and against god. He pleaded guilty but refused to testify. In November 2024, he was sentenced in a case of public justification of terrorism, details unknown. On 2 April 2025, Blinov was sentenced to 160 hours of compulsory labour in a case of insulting the feelings of believers. Taking into account the sentence in another case, the punishment totalled five and a half years and ten days.
