According to the version of the investigation, in January 2024, he posted posts on his VKontakte page that offended the feelings of believers. The court press release says that Blinov "had a negative attitude towards religion and believers, although he is baptised". Apparently, the reason for the case were the posts in which he called believers "fuckers" and God an "idiot" and a "fucker." In particular, he wrote: "If there is a god, then why the fuck is he constantly mocking people, why the fuck do we need winter unnecessary useless season, what idiot came up with this". Another comment read, "Everyone believes in god, but have you ever considered that god = idiot and fucker? Why does he watch people and not help? Why does he kill people? Why did he even create this weird planet Earth? This is the worst planet in the universe [...] let this stupid god answer me on VKontakte if he exists or let him go fuck himself".

Full summary
A resident of the village of Khokhriaki in Udmurtia. A case was brought against him for offence to the feelings of believers in connection with aggressive comments about god and against god. He pleaded guilty but refused to testify. In November 2024, he was sentenced in a case of public justification of terrorism, details unknown. On 2 April 2025, Blinov was sentenced to 160 hours of compulsory labour in a case of insulting the feelings of believers. Taking into account the sentence in another case, the punishment totalled five and a half years and ten days.
